Monday Memos...

For anyone that's been following me for a while, you're familiar with the way I switch things up a few times a year to keep them interesting and change what I'm doing occassionally as far as social outlets. Seasonal cleaning as it were. If you can no longer find me on Facebook, that's because I closed down my "profile" and traded it in for a shiny new "author page." A few of my writer buddies and I are hosting a like party and giving away some awesome swag. It doesn't officially start until Friday, but all are welcome to drop on in now and give it a go. Liking writers' pages and works is an easy and most appreciated way of helping them gain exposure. And if you tweet or Facebook or Google+, please do share the event if you're so inclined. So, anyone wondering what's going on in my world of writing? Want the short or long version? :) Oh, I've been a busy girl. I almost have Assumed Calling, Book 5 Identity series ready to send off to edits. Allen's story has taken a lot of energy. And while I've been taking breaks from tellling it, I've been working on the outline for A Slower Lower Leap, Book 3 in that series. Yes, Logan will finally get his story told. Whew! Took long enough didn't it? I'm sure a few of you may be wondering what happened to Toy Box Tales. It would seem that my readers have spoken and I, along with my editors, listened. Toy Box Tales just wasn't what you all expect from me. And while I'd like to say I'm sorry, I appreciate the feedback and take it to heart when you all let me know what you're looking for--and a short story just isn't it. So, never fear, although that series' page is temporarily down, it will return in the next few months as a full length series with more heat. It's turned into something I think you all will simply love and I hope leaps over the bar from what you love about the Identity Series. I'll keep you abreast of its development and what the new line will be called.
